- This project to retain two (2) Proponents under separate agreements to provide Services required within the prescribed time frames during the 36 month period from September 8, 2025 to September 8, 2028.
- Retainer – Acquisition of specialized firms to carry out detailed oversight, auditing and inspection of
precast/prestressed concrete plants manufacturing structural precast concrete components for MTO
contracts from Northeast and Northwest Regions.
- This retainer is to provide for centralized acquisition and coordination of construction
inspection/auditing services overseeing precast concrete plants and production, under the RAQS
Speciality: Qualify Oversight, Audit & Inspection – Prestressed/Precast Concrete Production Facilities.
- It is an essential service that provides cost-effective project delivery support, ensure product
compliance and reduce safety risks to the public.
