Additional Bidding Instructions

1) The Ministry intends to retain two separate service providers for the 2 (two) 2025 Central Region biennial structure inspection assignments (2024-E-0079 and 2024-E-0080) of which this assignment is just one. No one service provider will be awarded more than one of these Assignments in Central Region. Refer to Section "Overview, Intent of the RFP" at Terms of Reference.
2) Only the firms registered in RAQS in the Prime Specialty “Biennial Inspection” identified in this Notice will be considered as candidates for the Prime Consultant position on this assignment.
3) The Ministry will not be shortlisting Proponents for this assignment. All Proponents approved in the Ministry’s RAQS in the Prime Specialty are invited to submit both Phase I and Phase II Proposals by the submission deadline.
