Additional Bidding Instructions

This assignment is to retain two Service Providers (Prime & Alternate) to perform Engineering Survey services over a 3-yr period in the West Area of Eastern Region.
The Ministry will be awarding Engineering Survey Retainer Agreements for 3 separate Geographic Areas within Eastern Region; West Area under 4023-E-0029/0030, Central Area under 4023-E-0031/0032, East Area under 4023-E-0033/0034. Respondents expressing interest in these Agreements will be eligible for award of one (1) Primary Agreement and one (1) Alternate Agreement. The attached RFP and Appendices are applicable for the 3 Retainers (West, Central, East). Reference Material is posted under 4023-E-0029.
NOTE: Proponents only need to prepare one (1) RFP Submission and then upload into each of the 3 Agreements posted (4023-E-0029; 4023-E-0031; 4023-E-0033).
